God’s Great Gifts
One of my favorite stories in the Bible is about an artisan named Bezalel. I may not be able to pronounce the man’s name, but in the book of Exodus, God gave Bezalel wisdom, knowledge and the ability to make beautiful art. Then God used this man’s talents to design a tabernacle—the very place where God dwelled.
God delights in giving all of His children gifts like this—and He gives the greatest gifts, doesn’t he? Ones that are so much more valuable than what we can buy online this Christmas or at the mall. Gifts that fill us with joy. Gifts we can use to bless others and demonstrate His glory, power, and grace.
Has God given you the gift of hospitality? Are you a seamstress? A poet? A photographer? Has He blessed you with the ability to create art like Bezalel? Some of you are teachers. Others are great with numbers or making crafts or loving people in need.
God has given me a passion for writing stories, and it is such an honor to share my stories with you this season. On Christmas Eve, I’ll be giving away a novel to ten readers. The winners can choose which novel they’d like to receive—Shadows of Ladenbrooke Manor, Chateau of Secrets, Courier of Caswell Hall, Where the Trail Ends, or one of my older books at this link.

As you enjoy giving and receiving gifts with friends and family this Christmas, I hope you’re able to delight in the gifts God has given you as well!
I’m so grateful for each of you.
